FAQs

Why does my toilet keep running?

The most common reason would be that your inlet valve or flush mechanism will need to be replaced.
Do you charge a call out fee?

No. I will look at your repair and provide a free quote. If you are happy with that then I will fix the issue whilst I am there. WE DON'T CARRY OUT TRACE & ACCESS WORK and would need to see the source of any leak to provide a fixed price.
Can you give me a time for when you will arrive?

Yes. I will book the job into a one-hour slot and text you when I'm on the way.
Do you accept debit or credit cards?

Yes. Card payments are preferable, but I can also accept cash.
Do you work on gas boilers?

No. I specialise in general plumbing repairs and services and do not offer boiler services.
